YOUR AMBITION. SHARED EXECUTION.
Research, listings, orders, customer communication, and analysis all take work. We help with agreed responsibilities so you can approach business ownership with a practical plan.
THE BUSINESS MODEL
Provide the agreed purchasing budget, complete account onboarding, retain appropriate account control, participate in essential decisions, and review performance.
Our Pakistan-based team contributes operational time, product and supplier research, listings, order coordination, customer-service workflows, reporting, and optimization. We cover our team and operating-tool expenses as agreed.
Client account control and operating access are defined in the agreement. All access must be authorized and follow marketplace requirements.
THE WAY WE WORK
Review suitability, objectives, budget, and expectations.
Define responsibilities and financial terms in writing; complete required account setup.
Research compliant sourcing, configure approved operations, and prepare listings.
Coordinate agreed daily workflows and review opportunities to improve.
Assess results and consider expansion only where appropriate.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Approximately $400 minimum in working purchasing capital, subject to final requirements. This is not a guaranteed-return investment.
A suitable laptop or approved environment where needed. Access must be authorized, secure, and compliant with marketplace requirements.
Participation in verification, account setup, approvals, and business decisions. Never send identity documents or passwords through this website.
HANDS-ON SUPPORT
From research to reporting, operational scope is agreed in writing before work begins.
UNDERSTAND THE NUMBERS
The proposed arrangement applies to distributable net profit, never gross sales or revenue. No profit or return of capital is guaranteed.
The written agreement must define purchasing costs, marketplace fees, shipping, refunds, returns, reserves, chargebacks, allowable deductions, and financial obligations before any distribution.
PROPOSED NET-PROFIT SPLIT
Subject to a signed agreement.
Business losses and loss of capital may occur.
A THOUGHTFUL ROADMAP
Establish compliant operations using permitted supplier and fulfillment arrangements.
Refine listings, supplier relationships, service quality, and financial reporting.
Evaluate other marketplaces only when eligibility, platform rules, resources, and results support it.
A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
A few things you might be wondering before we get started.
You provide agreed business resources and participate in onboarding and decisions. Pesa Vesa handles agreed operations. Responsibilities and financial terms are set out in a signed agreement.
Approximately $400 is the proposed minimum starting product-purchasing budget, subject to final requirements. It is working capital exposed to business risk, not a guaranteed-return investment.
The client retains appropriate ownership and control of business assets and accounts according to the written agreement. Access must be authorized and comply with marketplace rules.
The proposed split is 40% to the client and 60% to Pesa Vesa, applied to distributable net profit after agreed costs, fees, deductions, and reserves. It only takes effect under a signed agreement.
There may be no distributable profit. Purchasing costs, fees, refunds, returns, chargebacks, and other losses can reduce or exhaust working capital. Capital recovery is not guaranteed; obligations are defined in the agreement.
Prior experience is not necessarily required. Suitability, eligibility, and the support you need are assessed during consultation.
You will need to participate in onboarding, verification, approvals, essential decisions, and performance reviews. The precise commitment is agreed before starting.
An approved operating environment may be needed for agreed tasks. Any access requires your permission, appropriate security, and compliance with platform requirements.
Access should use platform-supported permissions, minimum necessary privileges, and appropriate authentication. Never send passwords, identity documents, or remote-access credentials through this website.
No. E-commerce involves commercial risk. Neither revenue, profit, marketplace approval, nor recovery of capital is guaranteed.
The agreement defines reporting, reconciliation, reserves, deductions, and distribution timing. We do not promise a distribution schedule before these terms are agreed.
Potentially, subject to business results, resources, product eligibility, and each platform’s policies. Expansion or approval is never guaranteed.
